Fees販売価格
Quoted individually per property and set out in each service agreement. Prices include consumption tax unless stated otherwise.物件ごとに個別に見積もり、各サービス契約書に記載します。特に記載のない限り消費税込みです。
Additional charges商品代金以外の必要料金
Third-party costs such as cleaning, utilities, repairs, taxes, and bank transfer fees are passed through at cost as set out in the agreement.清掛費、光熱費、修繕費、租税公課、振込手数料等の実費は、契約書の定めに従い実費でご負担いただきます。

Either party may end an ongoing management agreement with the notice period stated in it (typically 90 days). Fees for services already performed are not refundable.継続的な管理契約は、契約書に定める予告期間（通常90日）をもって解約できます。提供済みのサービスに係る料金は返金いたしません。
